*Set up a phrasebook shortcut*
On the Phrasebook screen's "Phrase list", tap the phrase you want to set a shortcut to, then tap "Shortcut" to set the shortcut.

On the Chat screen, press and hold the "Choose a phrase" button to display the shortcuts and slide to select the one you want.
